Dave will take you on a playful, warm journey through the world of flavor, passion, and surprising humor, as he relives how he journeyed from his hometown of Sydney to the Italian regions of Sicily and Abruzzo in the hunt for the perfect wine.

Tasting varieties are subject to change due to availability. This tasting is anticipated to include a sparkling rosé, two whites and two reds. For example: Lambrusco, Grillo, Pecorino, Nero D'Avola and Montepulciano.
